| Our fresh seafood is caught, packed in ice and shipped daily in refrigerated vessels to our plant in Belfast for processing and distribution. Lobsters and steamer clams come direct from the harvesters themselves right off the coast of Maine. We also utilize aquaculture farms to ensure availability of a wide variety of species to suit our customers needs.
